Kevin L. Foix, age 32, of Grand Rapids, MN died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Kevin was born in 1979 to Doran Johnson and Michelle Foix in Grand Rapids, MN. He attended high school in Grand Rapids and then Hibbing Technical College for Electrical Maintenance. He was employed as a custodian at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and School and then went to work in the landscaping industry. Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on cars.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, LeRoy Foix, and an aunt, Roxanne Foix.

Kevin is survived by his daughter, Autumn Foix, and son, Damon Foix, both of Grand Rapids, MN; mother, Michelle (Robert) Anderson of Grand Rapids, MN; father, Doran Johnson of Grand Rapids, MN; three sisters, Kelly Foix, Jenny Anderson, and Kimmi Anderson all of Bemidji, MN; paternal grandparents, Marlee Johnson of Grand Rapids and Arlo (Lynn) Johnson of Grand Rapids, MN; maternal grandmother, Jessie Foix of Grand Rapids, MN; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. Memorial Service at Rowe Funeral Home in Grand Rapids. Rev. Fr. Jerry Weiss will officiate. A private graveside service will he held at Harris Cemetery at a later date.
